I got my eleven year old son’s latest school report this week.  I had barely started reading before I was smiling.  That great big smile you get when you feel like you are going to burst

I'm so glad your son has a mother who sees all the wonderful in him and knows how to deal with the parts that are challenging. That is honestly how most parents see their kids, but for those who are a little more different, the real fear is that others won't.

Keep encouraging your special little guy, and I think he'll continue on the path where others appreciate him too and understand how lucky they are to know him.
