When we were looking at houses, we also saw a pee house. It smelled like they had kept an animal in their entryway. They also needed a lot of improvements, and it was in a bad part of town. But someone bought it anyway! Don't think that would happen today.

Heee! Pippi has a yellow hoodie. And several bazillion sweaters and coats. Seriously - more than I have!

Oh, also, the pee house? Was it carpeted? If so, that's probably where the stank is hiding. If you're really interested in the house, most likely you could remove all the carpet and padding and it would be ok.

So cute!

And I'm glad you clarified that you're not buying right now, etc. I was thinking "How did I not know they were house hunting?" :)

And cat pee? Really? Unless your cat isn't fixed, it's not that hard to prevent cat pee from stinking up the joint. Even with a cat with urinary tract problems (who pees on non-litter-box areas every so often), our place STILL doesn't smell like pee. EEEEEWWWWWWWW!
