I HAVE A QUESTION OH MODLY ONES.

If a character looses a body part to the void of nonexistence is it instantly healed over like it's always been gone or is it like it was cut off with a band saw or something and a wound?

It's like it was cut off, cleaner than if done with a saw because there will be no blade marks. They'll want to find a doctor or someone of course to deal with the wound or risk bleeding out.
