I was delighted with how this small hat turned out after I realised that I did not have enough wool. So I thought I would share with you what happens when someone like me has an aversion to pom poms but still feels that a hat needs to be topped with something

Hopefully it still fits the baby that I made it for and you will see it as part of an outfit. I am thinking that crotchet creature hats could be a niche market. A very small niche market :)
