Vendor recommendations?

I have spent a lot of time recently reviewing and updating our financial life (budget, life insurance, car insurance, investment information, health care decisions/expenses, etc.). Calling up the various vendors for our utilities and other monthly expenses has left me with some options

AT&T's lowest DSL package, which does not require an *active* land line, costs ~$20/mo. My niece had that while she was dirt poor and in college, and it worked just fine for her

We have comcast for tv, net and land line phone. They have been good to us.

K and I use Sprint for our phones. We've been with them for 4 years. They are fair and reasonable when it comes to billing. And if we've ever had an issue that they could fix, they've bent over backwards to fix it ASAP.
