Hey guys... If I want to put an Mp3 on the internet and have you all listen to it.... how would i go about doing that?

Man. I woke up at 4:30 this morning, and boy has this been a long day. I had a church job in Long Island that I had to be at by 7:15 in the morning, so I had to get up SO early. I just keep crying and crying and crying... and it just won't go away. I hate feeling sorry for myself... and it's not even sparked by anything. I just feel alone and ugly. I have no poetic words to describe it. It just fucking sucks.
