I have a few listed on the laptop that get me moving.

One is "Pon De Replay" by Rhianna

I'll do more later when the laptop is accessable.

Well, since I'm listening to it right now, I'd say that "Dance" by Motorhead on their Ace of Spades album would fit your needs.

Oh. Dear. Gods.

I am just cracking up over here at the thought of anyone working out to Lemmy, but I feel like only halo will understand why.

Argh! No Lemmy! BACK AWAY!

(Really, I can see it being good workout music. I'm just scarred.)

I'd be too distracted by the mental image of face warts and go flying backwards off the elliptical machine.

in other words, yes, I get it! =)

I'm not sure what's making me giggle more -- remembering that he is devina's boyfriend, or that Ace of Spades! (sung Lemmy-like, of course) was the house safeword at Random Haus.

I can send you a bunch of my workout playlists, if you want!

Social Distortion is one of my favorites, though. If I didn't have my iPod, Somewhere Between Heaven and Hell would go to the gym with me all the time.

i am robot and proud - The Electricity In Your House Wants to Sing. I actually really recommend this one, it's jazzy melodic techno music, equally suited for actively listening to and having on as background music.

Guilty pleasure: Panic! at the Disco. You just can't fuck with their hooks.

AFI - Decemberunderground. Again, good hooks with a driving beat, perfect for rocking out to.

Fall Out Boy - From Under the Cork Tree. This album has a track called: I Slept With Someone in Fall Out Boy and All I Got Was This Stupid Song
