I don't do these things - as one never knows what is useful in passwords, and I don't want to give anything away.
However, I sometimes read them. One item in yours struck me. I have a hard time tying my shoes, due to cancer damage in the left hip/leg socket. So I went shopping for slip-on shoes. Topsiders were what I used to wear, but the quality has slipped somewhat since my days at the boat store. So found a good alternative: BOBS from Sketchers. The insole is sewn in, not glued, so should last longer than the cheap tennis shoes. And is made of leather - a good thing since it was a bit tight. But they have stretched, and much easier to slip on. A shoe horn would have made life easier, but don't need one now.
Just a suggestion. Comfort is paramount when you are recovering from surgery. I'm sending hugs, and wish you a speedy recovery.
i haven't ever bought any Skechers shoes that I recall, so I may have to hunt a bit to find a local seller, to see what size fits me best. But thanks for the suggestion.
I certainly hope so. I'm going to be getting the quilt project supplies organized and ready, and presuming my orthopedist OKs me for long car rides as a passenger [I have no idea how soon I'll be cleared to drive myself around] I should make it.
