WOW, would i also love a "neighbor-free-zone"! some bad-neighbor examples that come to mind are these:

-"domestic violence house" down the street
-"drug dealer" house down the other end
-dogs that are let loose to poop everywhere
-people with whom i share a driveway who let their friends block us in, and who toss coke cans out of their cars onto the ground and leave them
-really awful music, really loud
-shrieking children (i am not exaggerating, it's very high-pitched)
-the neighborhood is adorable, and could do without these folks
