Revisiting my Brokeback Mountain Entry...

After seeing Brokeback Mountain I wrote a live journal entry where I tried to express how powerful the film was for me and exactly what it meant. I cut and pasted that entry to Rose in an email and she wrote me an amazing email in response. Well sneaky little Rose, has taken that cut and pasted entry and used it as her key to the live journal

Although this is, technically speaking, a response to Ms. Parker's LJ post, I'll first be addressing The Irish Rose. I just wanted you to know that should our paths ever cross again and we have more time to interact than we did at the pre-New Orleans party, my "private thoughts" will be that I want to get to know the wonderful person who has meant so much to a good friend of mine. So here's to you, for being cool enough for Ms. Parker. And Ms. Parker, here's to you for being cool. May the new year bring you both unconditional love and happiness.
