last night here.. flying out friday afternoon after class. The instructor says we will be done around 1 or 2 at the latest so I'll have to cool my jets for a bit at the airport. Tuesday - more class. Had lunch at a thai place (My Thai) on Michigan. Odd google reviews didn't give it much praise. I liked it. After class met up with two of the local guys from the office, Song and Dan. Headed up to Uno's for pizza, chicago style. Was more than worth the wait. monday was the first day of clearcase class. Overall it was quite good, the class teacher knows his stuff having been a developer and consultant for years. After class we walked over to millenium park and saw the "bean" a huge shiny reflective object in middle of the park. Walked around a bit and then decided to ride train down to Addison. i've now officially tapping into my last 20 2 liters of kosher coke which was kept stashed away in the closet and it's not gonna last till next passover.

it's been a week and i've just started walking all three dogs at once on the doggie death march. Also known as the daily 1.5 mile trek up and down the neighborhood streets in this hot humidity. It makes for some dead tired dogs for a hour or two afterwards....
