a little help?
we're trying to decide on a color to paint our living room bookshelf. we know we want to go with a teal color (the rest of the room is very cream and beige, so we want the built-ins to kind of pop out with color), but we can't decide on a shade. will you help? what do you think of these .... ???

i'm officially a homeowner! we closed and moved on thursday. as of today, we have all the furniture in its place and the cable, internet and phone turned on. there's still a fine bit of unpacking to do ... but tonight i am just going to take it easy.

Major triumph here, people.
I am now culling my magazines ... I subscribe to about a million of them, but really only read Radar and occasionally Vanity Fair. I am going to pull out the articles I want and throw out the rest. The tear sheets will make for good "aloud" reading with Rob.
