Download: Lowerground sc4
By request, here is the .sc4 for "Lowerground" (my edited version of Plasticbox's Middleground terrain).
As I noted in my previous entry, I'm not good enough at SimCity 4 to have smoothed out all the rough edges, so I did a lot of editing with the modifyneighborhoodterrain cheat in game. However, this version has the mountains lowered, the coastline somewhat altered, and several new roads added to the upper portion of the hood.

You can see the new roads on the upper level here. This section of shoreline in particular benefits from some in-game smoothing!
So, not perfect, but hopefully a good starting point for someone looking for a "Lowerground" version of Plasticbox's map!
A png preview image (which should hopefully show up when you load the neighborhood in game?) is included in the rar.
