Nope, not a sinus infection. I have an ear infection. How freakin' weird. It should clear up in "4-6 weeks."

Nice.

Until then, I get to walk around feeling like I just left a rock concert, where I held the speaker up with my left ear.

I have 42 1/2 hours of cleaning to do. Which translates into, with 30-minute naps strategically placed over the next two days, my house being ready for company come Monday.
