OMG - the personal trainer that the hubby and I are using beat the crap out of me this morning (at 5AM no less, yurgh). But...I can dead lift 80 lbs! And I are not a large muscled person - go me!
Eighty pounds! I am so impressed. I've never deadlifted anything because I'm intimidated by free weights. With machines, at least I know I'm not going to drop anything on my foot except maybe my water bottle.
