Over the past two days I've been attempting to both bulk up and sleep polyphasicly at the same time. We'll here I am, back from an entire one week break from the polyphasic sleep schedual. The main reason I took a break and went back to monophasic sleep is because of a few people telling me that your body cannot repair its muscles on only a few hours sleep each night, however I have not as of yet seen any documented scientific studies linking ( Read more... )

We'll there had been a few problems in the past week, one of these problems is that both times I went to the gym I didn't feel my muscles aching over the next few days, in fact, they seemed to be quite normal, I have a feeling that this is due to not getting the sleep stages which repair muscles although I'll have to look into it furthur ( Read more... )

Well last night I had a sleepover at a friends house, which was a major hurdle in the sleeping patterns. I managed to get my 2pm sleep on the train there, then got my 6 and 10pm sleeps in just fine. Damnit, I crashed again, this time I was utterly freezing last night, I couldn't stand the extreme cold, so I decided to snuggle up in bed for a few minutes... bad idea. Today started off well, had a nap when we all crashed at 5:30am this morning, then I woke up at 6am and proceeded to make breakfast which involved using the blender, waking bennet up and probably pissing him off muchly :p. We'll everything seemed to be going fine until this morning, I went to bed for me 2 O'clock nap, drifted off, and was woken up by my mum ringing me up at 9am going on about something about breaking the dishwasher....
