This is part of a triptyche from Jules Eugène Lenepveu painted of the life of Jeanne d'Arc between 1886 et 1890 in the Pantheon

There is other work of Lenepveu in the Orsay.

What else is at the Pantheon? I'm planning a trip to Paris right now, and one of the hotels I'm looking at is near there. Did you see the Luc Besson movie about Jeanne? If so, what did you think?

I did not like the Besson movie of her life so well as the Dreyer film from 1928. I found the charcter of Jeanne in Besson to be very limited.
