Honestly, I have no idea. I'm sure you have to go to the right stores, even in the right states and I've never had store bought lefse. Mom always rolls them out and I usually tend the lefse on the griddle. My sister helps sometimes, but she doesn't like it as much and sees it as something Mom and I do. It's another one of those Christmas dessert things that I've helped make for years but haven't made by myself before.
