This is exactly the sort of thing I was looking for: quick, easy, nutritious and I know, like, and appreciate (you) the someone who likes it, makes it, and eats it. Maybe Wednesday . . . I gotta go get almonds and sesame seed. I also like that I already have most of the ingredients. I just ran out of almonds on Sunday. I gotta start keepin' sesame seeds around. I've seen 'em in a bunch of recipes lately. WOOT!

I am working on shrinking too, but keep getting stalled.
One site I have found handy is www.sparkpeople.com.
