I've been dieting and thus cooking a lot lately

Since the middle of January, I have lost about 25 lbs (hopefully more, I do not own a scale (or a cell phone)). My plan has been simple, to eat less and move more. I have a few simple rules to help me keep on track in regard to eating and they are ( Read more... )

This is exactly the sort of thing I was looking for: quick, easy, nutritious and I know, like, and appreciate (you) the someone who likes it, makes it, and eats it. Maybe Wednesday . . . I gotta go get almonds and sesame seed. I also like that I already have most of the ingredients. I just ran out of almonds on Sunday. I gotta start keepin' sesame seeds around. I've seen 'em in a bunch of recipes lately. WOOT!

When I get back from London I'll totally start posting recipes. I think this is a great idea, and I love that internet tool for calculating the nutrition value.

I am working on shrinking too, but keep getting stalled.
One site I have found handy is www.sparkpeople.com.
