Hooray for Easter! Our office is really good about recognizing Good Friday and taking off for it, which I'm thankful for. I'm laying out on the bed in my hotel room resting the poor little pads on my feet. I thought I was wearing comfy slip ons to traverse all of downtown DC distributing event invitations to key agencies, but those shoes actually suck. You know what else sucks? Bureaucratic agencies. Aw, the weekend was too short! Had a great time with my hubby, though, and really enjoyed some much-needed shopping.
