Another good weekend has flown by. Popped down to Basingstoke to see Darran and drop off some cakes - I missed his birthday a few weeks ago so we celebrated it on Saturday :) I’m trying to convince him to fight in February so I have an excuse to go watch toned, sweaty men beat each other up on Valentines Day.

I baked my first ever batch of cookies last night :) I'm not sure they turned out quite right but they are definitely edible. Today I will hunt down more cookie recipes and see how they turn out. Also my cooking soundtrack last night was all bollywood and I'm sure it helped lots in the cookie making process.

Oh god I’ve eaten too much. More importantly I have eaten too much sugar. So much sugar my teeth are clenched. And my kidneys hurt.

This could be a bad thing. I’m blaming Pete’s tiffin cake for pushing me over the edge. Heart beating really fast now…..

Today I will be in work for less than an hour then I will be off to the cinema and lunch. It doesn't happen often round here that we get a whole day off for Christmas so I'm gonna make the most of it and do some shopping in town later.

My body is recovering from the event but I am not so sure my head is - I am experiencing some very strange moods at the moment. For a start I can't decide if I really want company or if everyone should leave me alone and not bother me for a week. I am very pleased with myself today. Much has been achieved recently and I can take an ickle lickle break  before starting the next project. Last week was good and I did actually manage to do what I set out to do and even squeezed in a pleasant dinner with Caz.
