So, after managing to feel well for, ooh, about a week, I then went down with flu. And this was not I've-got-a-bad-cold-boohoo type of flu. No, this was can't-get-out-of-bed-without-fainting, can-barely-lift-my-own-arms type of flu. And I coughed so much I couldn't take my inhalers. So my peak flow went down by 100 points. Oh, the joys of asthma

Sorry to hear you have been so sick, but it is true - asthma does make it all worse, and vice versa.
