I have eaten out so much in the last two weeks. Mmmm. Tonight being my last night here, we went out for Italian, a rather bizarre thing to eat in the Caribbean, I know. Before this month, I had never been on a plane in my life. By the time I get home I'll have been on six! And four of these are tiny planes, no jet engines, but propellors, and they seat about 46 people, I think. It's a gorgeous sunny day, with blue skies. It feels like spring is coming, which is good, it makes me feel more positive about stuff. So, after managing to feel well for, ooh, about a week, I then went down with flu. And this was not I've-got-a-bad-cold-boohoo type of flu. No, this was can't-get-out-of-bed-without-fainting, can-barely-lift-my-own-arms type of flu. And I coughed so much I couldn't take my inhalers. So my peak flow went down by 100 points. It's my birthday!! Yey!!!

For some reason, a few nights ago I was lying in bed thinking about Robinsons Lemon Barley Water. So I bought some, and it's actually still nice. Sugary, but good.
