Today is just a strange day for me. I am a lil tight in my shoulders and back from my first day back to working out yesterday. I'm taking today off from working out, but I will return tomorrow on my day off to the weights. Its not a bad tightness. A long missed one to be honest. All that comes to mind is WOW... That was a damg good flick. I might have to go see it again... Sad, but i had a funny thought come to mind when i got home from the cinema.
