Yesterday was day 1 of 100 days of no sugar and making healthy additions to life. This means exercise, eating well, water, and doing things with friends.
The last 5 years have been stressful and I am over that!

Oh so much!
My weight has been up since the car accident with several yoyo losses/gains. The meds messed my system up and I want to get back to where I was. In 2013 I ran 15 5ks and then had a knee issue caused by the meds they had me on. I am sensitive to sugar, as well as processed foods, and I love veggies. My weight should be down but it will take more to get my body happier!
And thus I am doing this.
In the past I have given up sugar for almost two years.
I am having fruit, dried fruit, and even some honey. It has to be a local source honey. I am allowing myself three treats - if I want them. But the plan is to not want them because I am not denying myself anything naturally sweet. If I want chocolate I can have dates massed and rolled in cocoa and nuts. Or frozen bananas rolled in a little honey and cocoa.
