It was always kind of abstract to me when I read about people in the US having two jobs a day... until now. I dearly hope it isn't as straining as it seems to be. Good luck!
My dad once worked three jobs at the same time in order to pay his way through college. Back then, it was possible to make enough to pay for school, but now it's impossible!
Honestly, it really isn't that bad. But most students in the US are used to working and going to class at the same time, and it isn't a rare thing for a person to work two jobs, especially part time ones.
The only bad thing is that I drink much too much coffee and don't get enough sleep! But hopefully that will change at the end of the summer.
Students in Germany also often work part time, but since universities are mostly free, it's more or less to be more independent. I have part time jobs since im 16, but I can't imagine to have more than one at a time and still stay sane. I hope you'll have more time to sleep at the end of summer, too! ^_^
