When a computer controlled phone system sounds like a person and takes verbal responses instead of keypad ones, it makes me not nearly as pissed off. as far as I am concerned the new thing at theaters where you can pay a machine and get movie tickets is the best thing ever nothing pisses me off more than some fucking moron reading beowolf behind the glass judging you for seeing ice age 2 at 10:30 on a tuesday I hate that fucking kid

I just keep slamming the 0 key until it forwards me to a real person. It works on 90% of phone systems.

I'm still blown away by the escalaters they have for shopping carts at the Target in Northgate. Of course there are the automatic paper towel machines in bathrooms that still make me smile...
