Does anyone have a recipe for gnocchi that actually stick together? I've tried a few lately with disappointing results.. with both potato and pumpkin, the gnocchi disintegrate on boiling. I have been using a cup of '00' flour and one egg yolk with approximately half a cooked, mashed butternut pumpkin or three large potatoes, with no success. I've

They can be crumbly, but when cooking my recipe says to put them in boiling water and as soon as they float to the top scoop them out and serve.
