Why you think frat houses all look like city dumps? A bunch of guys and none of them want to take care of their own shit. They'd rather have mommy (or you in this case) pick up after them. If I get this promotion and the money starts coming in, I'll get a place with you! A clean place that gives off a hospitable vibe. That way the girls will WANT to come over so that'll decrease the woman problems a bit, you'll have a more comfortable environment so that'll help with the music and you'll have a place to relax in comfort after a crappy day at work. Thanks Lori. I may take you up on that. Probably won't be doing the therapy thing, cause I can't afford it, plus, I would have such a rebelious attitude just walking in the door like "why am I paying you? Who are you to think you know how to fix my brain? So you went to college - BAH!". hahahaha. Yeah, I guess I rebel against all things that are intrusive to me.

Yeah, that is true, but as much as I wanted the help and want it now, I would be immediately turned off when therapist asks the usual "what do you think". I hate that. I am payin them for their thoughts, not so they can hear mine.

i think that you should talk to helen about all your angst against her. i don't think it's fair of you to harbor those emotions but not try to fix them - especially to her.

well i would just assume that by now you'd be mature enough to understand that she is a person and people make mistakes and also that a lot of times people appear a certain way that they aren't. you can't keep blaming your mother for your unhappiness.

yes, this is true of course. And of course I do not blame my mother for my unhappiness. Moine was a silly complaint that I had in a fleating thought in live journal about how my life could have turned out if things had been a different way. I thought, it, wrote it, and was done with it. I do not dwell on things like that.

I've been through seven room mates in the past 4 years and they have all been complete slobs. The trick is to find a room mate that has lived by themself before so they already know how to clean up after themself. Most people leave home and move in with friends right away, and not having any experience living on their own... they don't know how to adjust and how to distribute the housekeeping tasks. I know that I would personally like to be more organized and better at keeping my place consistantly clean before I ever get another room mate... and I also know that from what I've experienced, I will never share my home with a slob again. There is no reason on earth that you should have to clean up after your room mates. Dishes seem to be a big problem, I've been in situations where one of my room mates would let dishes pile up in the sink for 2 weeks straight and the stench in the kitchen became so horrible. I didn't eat in my own apartment for an entire semester because of his bad habbits
