I walked out of my house 1 hour north of Toronto this morning to -27C (-16F) before wind chill.
Whenever it gets like this I just keep remembering - two weeks of this will kill half of next summer's mosquito population...

18 hours of flying later, I is here.  Total time difference, 12 hours.
It's already dark, and I'm tired so I didn't see much, but it is awfully toasty - about 28 Celsius at the moment.
Given I left -10C plus windchill and snow/ice/etc, not too shabby.

Shopping begins tomorrow.

Anyone know a good Java Editor?
Color coding would be nice (keywords different than variables, etc.)
Debugging is a bonus but not necessary.
True opensource/freeware (no trial/limited feature install bs please)

A friend of ours is having some trouble with her Mac - seems a hard drive error and I don't know if it's software or hardware.
Anyone know how we might go about recovering data (given the different file formats, I'm not sure if Ghost or any such software would work).
Ideas?

The folks from Lois Brown's office phoned tonight asking whether I would be supporting Lois Brown and the Conservative Party.
