Today...your last day...and you know it. What would you honestly do, the truth...not the whole..I'll tell the person that i truly love, that i love them kinda stuff. But honestly think about it. How would you spend your last day.

I have to say that I did, in fact, think of Grey's Anatomy immediately when I read this. :)

I don't really know what I'd do. I suppose I would try to cram in everything huge that I'd always wanted to do.
