Today...your last day...and you know it. What would you honestly do, the truth...not the whole..I'll tell the person that i truly love, that i love them kinda stuff. But honestly think about it. How would you spend your last day.

Having never seen a single episode of Grey's Anatomy, I can't say that I share the apparent popular sentiment... however...

...if it were my last day, I'd probably do something completely crazy that I wouldn't even do on a normal day... like skydive or go streaking or something.
