(I just had to get that off my chest. I hate not thanking people for doing something nice for me... even if I don't know who they are).

Today my choir and I attended the Florida Vocal Association's Music Performance Assessments for the first time. I took fifty of my students, on a volunteer basis. I opened it up to all of them, but some didn't go, due to grades or not being able to go on a weekend. Most of my students were first year singers, mostly 6th grade. It was really ( Read more... )

Yesterday was an event filled day. Lot of excitement. It started out great. During my 6th Grade Choir, my principal randomly walked in and did my evaluation.
