Okay, so we're almost graduating high school (Thank GOD!). You'd imagine our minds would have matured more than they seem to have. We still need to be reassured constantly who is our friend and who isn't. We still go off and cry when someone calls us a name. We still lie about people to get others to like us more than that person we lied about ( Read more... )

wow, that had plenty of info in it.....you are right, words can hurt unless we let them, you have to be the bigger person and just keep walking by. this world hasn't been taught that anymore though, the world is taught that if someone does anything hurtful to you, you should get even, and hurt them back. apparentally we have all forgotten the whole "turn the other cheek" lesson. and you are also right, and i have noticed that myself with friends are meant to be. i wish i could talk more to my high school friends more, i really do miss most of them. and part of me not talking to them is my own fault, but it seems that after high school, people are in the "looking out for themselves" business, which is not bad at all, you are transfering to who you will become as an adult, career-wise that is. but now i'm rambling and so i'll end this comment, and say i agree with you, keep your head up, and remember that you have the choice to be better than all of the rumor and insult crap. see ya!
