John and I made this stew last night. OMG it is freakin' awesome. I'm eating a bowl of it now BTW...

We added potatoes and upped the beer to 2 cups. We also cooked some in the oven (2 hrs) and some in the crockpot (3.5 hrs). The oven stew turned out the best.
