Avery's first tooth just fell out. My girl's growing up!!

There's so much going on right now that I don't have the strength to post about it. Nutshell is that I quit my job and am taking a paycut to move departments and will be starting with the Dept. of Justice, and I'm out just in time as my current section is going to hell, my manager has just been demoted and everyone is furious. Avery's sick with a fever and I'm cranky. I don't want to take more time off work. It seems I keep missing Mondays. I worked last monday, but the monday before was a holiday and Avery was sick the Monday before... I seem to be losing almost a day of work a week. Grade one! She started grade one! My head is spinning. It's been spinning since Tuesday - though that could be because I've joined the gym and my coworker/fitness instructor have been going for 30 minute intensive workouts every lunch hour. Went to my very good friend's wedding this weekend, just past Toronto. It was awesome, and Avery, Alec and I had a blast. I was a bridesmaid and Avery was a flowergirl, and despite the rain, it was a very beautiful wedding. Alec's mom got married this weekend. I was the wedding photographer. It was a lot of fun. While I was resting, and getting drunk with my dad, a friend dropped by and grabbed my camera and snapped off a picture of me. This is the only photo of me from the whole evening. I like the sunflower she stuffed down my dress before she took my photo.
