That's just so sad. It reminds me of so many things and children and it's so sad. How can our society be like this? I mean, I've been asking myself since I was about 12. That's 12 years now and I still don't have an answer that helps me sleep at night.

While I agree that its wrong that a single judge decides the fate of a child, and that the father manipulated the system..... if the pictures were real (which appears to be true since she was discussing them with the judge) then she has no right raising a child. Even if the child wasn't there, but I don't think that the child should have been give to his father without making sure it was in the childs best interest. Anyway... just thought I'd leave a commment.
