I wish I would spend the time giving you a proper update. I want to tell you about how all torn up inside I still am from reading Emma Goldman's autobiography and how I'm reading Don Quixote at the snail's pace of 100 pages a year until this month. I want to update you, livejournal. I do. It's just that I've been feeling lazy. At night when I come home, it's all I can do to eat. I'm reminded of this period at the end of 2000 when I refused to turn the heat down in my apartment even though I had no idea how I was going to pay the bill. I wasn't worried. I was terrified, but I wasn't worried. Somehow, there's always been a difference for me.
