Quick update

I'm doing ok, Mom's still here.  I have not gone for a run since the morning of December 14th.  I finished that run around 10:30 AM.  Around 11-something, while I was studying, my heart rate shot up to 140 and I started crying for no reason. (I have an almost abnormally low heart rate normally, so 140 is REALLY fast for me.)  I called a friend and
