I'm doing ok, Mom's still here.  I have not gone for a run since the morning of December 14th.  I finished that run around 10:30 AM.  Around 11-something, while I was studying, my heart rate shot up to 140 and I started crying for no reason. She was running the Dallas marathon. 

I had no idea until the Clubhouse acquired a rabbit.  My Mom confirmed.  Apparently, her friends had a rabbit when I was small, and I was highly allergic.  Also, it was one of the first things to pop up on my allergy test (third to cats and mold ( Read more... )

I started out for a jog and ended up doing what was something like a tempo run.

It was really humid today...maybe I should run on flats instead of in the hills around the 'hood.

I had a good run, though!  Time for food.

I wanna run, but I can't.  It's an active rest day.  I think I will drag my yoga mat out back and do some yoga after practice session I of the day.
