Is Shade just being fresh or is she spooking?

I think she was just being fresh today. The full story is that she's resistant to picking up the right lead, so I decided to really work on that today (yesterday it took like 9 tries.) I had her trot and canter to the left with no problems. When we switched direction, she picked up the wrong lead, so I kept bringing her back to the trot and asking her to canter again. I think she just got pissed about it, so she started bucking... I lost balance and fell on to her neck... I think she took that as a sign to RUN!... until she came up on a corner of the fence where her friend was standing... she did the sharp-turn-sudden-stop-at-the-fence-thing and I went flying into the fence and smashed right through it.
The second time I fell off I was trying to get her to pick up the right lead again, she got mad and bucked a few times in a row, and I kinda bailed before she could take off on me again. I just bailed very poorly and ended up in the fence again.
