We made an offer on a house and the owners accepted it!!

So, now we just have to wait until the bank does all of the paperwork on the loan, which can take up to a month or so. Once all of that is done, the house is all ours!

When I left this morning, my little brother was watching Matlock and when I came back, he was watching Magnum P.I.
Sometimes I swear that 11-year old is actually 57.

I was helping my mom make chocolate chip pancakes this morning and when I went to open up a new bag of choc. chips, they exploded all over the kitchen because I was sitting on the counter at the time. It was like something out of a movie - it was beautiful!
