Do you ever feel as if-- just maybe-- you are going insane?

Now, I've always felt semi-insane, but this week I am starting to realize that I am on the spiral pathway downward of Absolute Lunacy. And it's not good.

that is nuts. my mom used to sleep walk.. i talk in my sleep.. i dont walk but i'll sit up and start talking. it's usually said that walking and talking means you're under stress. that something is just overwhelming you and so you sub consiously are trying to talk about it.. or go do something about it.. but you're still sleeping.. so it's not all logical.

I have a cousin who sleep walks, and it's a little scary. She tries to open the door and walk outside sometimes. Hope that doesn't happen.

I think crazy people don't know they're crazy. So maybe because you think you are, you aren't...? Talk to someone if you're worried about it.

And I was thinking drugs until you said that wasn't it, hah.
