Down and Out in Ohio

Life hasn't been so good lately.  Bottom line, I could very well be losing my job.  The governor had to make cuts to balance the state budget and our organization took a hit.  Not as much as originally predicted but still a significant hit.  (The public libraries of our state already lost 20% of their budgets for this year.  Another 11% was taken
