It's December 1st. I smell Christmas and I'm ready for snow. I read in Mandy[omenda]'s journal that it snowed today for like five minutes. I missed it because I was stuck in school where absolutely no one was. It was horribly boring. I thought I was going to topple over from boredom. You see, today was a make-up day for us. You know I believe in God even if it isn't the christian god. But I do believe in God. :) So that said, I believe that god may not have one specific person for each person... think about people who are married and so perfectly happy and their spouse dies, and years later they find another person who makes them just as perfectly happy.

What I think is that god gives you certain people at certain times. You learn things from everyone. Bad relationships or good relationships, you learn something through all of them. It's all about experience. God gives you the people he wants you to learn from at any given time.

Anyway that's what I think. And it's a good perspective to have, especially when youre trying to mend a broken heart. Just remember that god wanted you to have this experience and he wouldnt have given it to you if he didnt trust you could handle it.

I love Christmas, too. It's so beautiful and puts me in a good mood, and Christmas shopping is fun! Anyway, answering your question, I personally do think that God has one specific person picked out for us. Everyone has their doubts, but I truly believe there is someone for everyone. I think that some people may find that one person at a younger age, or even when they get older, it's just a matter of how it works out :) Love works in mysterious ways, heh.

I dont think God has a person picked out for everyone cuz some people dont get married or have anyone. I personaly think it as to do with how you feel and what you want, if you want to be with someone or not. I defiantly think God would guide you in making the right choice

Oh no no, I didn't mean that he had a person for everyone. I should've reworded it...I meant, do you think that those who WILL have someone, that they're already picked out? Sorry...should've worded it differently. But thanks :o) I agree, I think He will definitely guide you. <3 Thanks Mandy.

My response was kind of not really answering your question.. and after thinking about it, what I said wasn't completely right. I think if you meet a special someone, and there's a connection, and so on, that they could very well be someone that God has chosen for you to be with, maybe not spend the rest of your life with, but that's why there is more than one person on this earth, so people can have different experiences, learn more about themselves, about others, and eventually you'll be sure of what you're looking for. If you're religious, then it is important to make sure that the person you're with is someone that you think God would choose for you, if you know what I mean.

otherwise, what fun is it? things happen though, usually when you least expect them.
