Ugh. I hate snakes.

Did you dream about it? I probably would have.

It was a really lucky thing that your pets were outside at the time.

LOL. Haven't gone to sleep yet, but I'm sure I will be dreaming about it. And I didn't hate snakes up until they invaded my home.

And yes, lucky lucky lucky that they were outside and didn't run into it while it was in the garden. Had to check the dog over so he wasn't bitten and that he's not acting funny tonight...

OMG!

Woman! Please be safe! I'm glad you had a snake handler come and get it.

*sends you happy thinky thoughts - wants some links to some good HP fics to take your mind off of it?*

LOL! I know. I had to high-tail it out of there but crazy Aussies are used to this type of thing at least. I was assured numerous times that 'this isn't uncommon'. Not that saying that reassured me at all, but hey.

And HP links are always good ;)

Yeah, THAT'S reassuring... NOT!

Here's an AWESOME Snape/Hermione story - long, angsty, steamy, and WONDERFUL!

Thanks :)

I don't hate snakes, but I am certainly more wary of them now... I just don't want them inside ever again...

The thought alone freaks me out. I'm glad you had the presence of mind to deal with it!

Yeah, I am no longer going to leave doors open in my house :( But hey, these things happen and I suppose it's still better in my mind than having a large spider somewhere inside that I can't find. That is worse for me...

Yes, I may have screamed like a girl. I will only admit that here, not to hubby because he'd laugh :) I'm just happy my neighbours were home and knew who to call and that the animals were outside.

*hugs*

Yup, they are :) Little cuties back when they were still little ones only a few months old... Now they're just barrels of mischief.

And yes, now I know who to call, but I really hope I never have to get their assistance again.
