I'm really sorry about the donkey nut that is your ex-landlord. I'm pretty sure everyone goes through horrible housing experiences, at least, everyone I know. But yours was definetly one of the worst. Just rejoice that it's spring quarter and you have a sweet, cozy new apartment that is better than any house 'John' could rent out. Douche Bag Alert!
