We have regained the ownership of our Sienna! That is a long story for another time, but after a year of stress, we officially have it registered in our name again and have the title in our possession. That is a massive headache we can put in the past and eventually laugh about.

That's a new one. We mostly just got rain, but it smelled amazing. It smelled like a summer storm on a tropical island. I was hoping to get enough rest this weekend, but I think before I go into a weekend I have to define what "enough" actually is. Is it sleeping in? I did that Saturday, but not Sunday. Shark week came late this time; day 35. I felt pretty good up until a couple days before. Today I feel sucky. I am uncomfortable in my skin, I want to cry and yell, everything is too much, I have no patience... and I still have to do my job.

The musical Strange New Words episode is so good! We are living in the golden age of Star Trek right now. SNW really is the full realization of Roddenbery's vision. It's everything great about the original series, plus everything they couldn't do at the time.

A few years ago, I got one of those electric back massagers with the arm slings so you can control the pressure. I've used many different devices over the years to fix my back. Gus was outside yesterday. When we're home and outside we let him out so he isn't alone. He always wants to be wherever we are, so usually he doesn't go very far. Yesterday, when we came in, he didn't come in with us. This happens. Sometimes he's off exploring and as soon as I get the food out and make noise he comes back for dinner.
