well, i go by five pound increments. that way, whenever i make a little progress and i've gotten five pounds lower, i feel triumphant and encouraged. if i just told myself my goal was to go as low as i can, i would never be even remotely satisfied with any progress i made until i died. lol. so now my next goal is 180. then 175.....and i think its gonna go faster now that my body has entered ketosis.
Ketosis = absolutely marvelous thing. Oh, how I adore it.
And that's actually a smart thing, going by 5 lb. increments. o.o My goal weights are far apart. **laughs** My first GW is 130 (which I am 2 lbs. away from--yay!), and my next is ninety. Oh well. >.>; I'm slowly getting there.
