Why is no one ever online when I am?

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I've been getting on at weird times lately . . . such as, for instance, 3 in the morning.

Why am I up, anyway?

I've had enough of these romances for a while. I need to find me a good sci-fi or fantasy book to get myself lost in. I'm begining to get sick of historical romances . . . cuz it really does seem that's all I read!!! Perhaps, while I have no fantasy prospects, I shall take this opportunity to reread lotr. Finished book. Blah.

I hated the ending. Stupid Rose. Well, there's still one more book in the series yet to come out . . . perhaps various wrongs can be fixed in that eagerly anticipated novel. Stupid selfish whiny Rose.

In other news: I was milimeters away from sobbing for the last 50 pages of the book. But, I persevered. Go me. *cough

Am an emotional mess right now. All thanks to my stupid book. Gah, cotton-pickin romance novels . . . they're no good for anything. Okay, forget that. I love reading my scottish romances. Today I have, along with mom, mommom, ms. donna, hanna, emmaly, lys, and lindsay . . . shucked, cleaned, boiled, cut, bagged, and froze 500 ears of corn. It only took us about five hours . . . pretty darn good. Yay, now we will be able to eat corn all winter whenever we want . . . simply pull out of the freezer, pop it into a pot, and voila!
